Pricing and Payment Terms
Prices including VAT are displayed next to each product and can be seen during the ordering process and in the final review, where all ordered items, quantities, and prices are listed.
The delivery cost is 390 RSD, and by placing an order, you agree to cover the shipping costs.
Free shipping applies to orders over 5,500 RSD.
AMV NATURA reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. Inventory is updated several times a day. While we strive for accuracy in product descriptions, we cannot guarantee that all descriptions are error-free.
AMV NATURA reserves the right to cancel an order and notify the customer by email if a pricing error occurs on the Site.
Consent and Changes to Terms
By using our services, you agree to the stated terms of use. AMV NATURA DOO BEOGRAD commits to adhering to these terms, and any changes will take effect only after being published on this page and after sending an email notification to all registered users.
Conversion Statement
All payments will be processed in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia – Serbian dinar (RSD). Prices in other currencies are displayed based on the official middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia. The amount charged to your payment card will be converted into your local currency at an exchange rate used by the card network, which is unknown to us at the time of the transaction. As a result, there may be a slight difference between the original price displayed on our Site and the final charged amount. Thank you for your understanding.
Shipping Policy
Orders placed before 12 PM on business days will be shipped the same day with delivery expected the next business day between 9 AM and 5 PM. Orders placed on Friday after 12 PM will be shipped on Monday. Delivery is handled by the City Express courier service.
Shipping cost: 390 RSD
Free shipping for orders over 5,500 RSD
Delivery is available only within Serbia.
Once your order is packed and handed to the courier service, you will receive a notification email. The courier will attempt delivery twice. If both attempts fail, the package will be returned to AMV NATURA DOO, and we will contact you to arrange re-shipping.
Upon receiving the package, check for visible damages. If the box appears significantly damaged, refuse delivery and notify us immediately.
Returns and Complaints Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange within 15 days of receiving the product, provided that the item is unused, undamaged, and still in its original protective packaging.
For product complaints:
Email info@eliasocialclub.com with details about the product issue.
The product must be clean, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
For refunds, if payment was made by card, the refund will be processed via the same payment method through our bank.
Final Provisions
This policy takes effect immediately upon publication.
