Shipping Information
We ship packages through the City Express delivery service. All shipments are sent following the “today for tomorrow” principle.

Shipping Costs
The shipping cost is 390 RSD.
Free shipping applies to all orders over 5,500 RSD.
Once the order has been processed and packed for shipping, the seller hands over the package to the courier service, which notifies the customer via Viber message. According to the courier service’s policy, the delivery time is 1-3 business days. Cash-on-delivery payments are made upon receipt of the goods, allowing customers to check the quality of the package and verify if there are any visible external damages before making the payment.

⚠ Note: These packaging and delivery conditions apply only to the territory of the Republic of Serbia.

Delivery Timeframe
All received orders are shipped within 2 business days and will be delivered within 1-3 days from the shipping date (depending on the working hours and procedures of the courier service).

If the goods do not arrive within the expected timeframe, please email us at info@eliasocialclub.com so we can take the necessary measures.

Additional Conditions
The Eliasocialclub.com store staff ensures that products are packed securely to prevent damage during regular handling and transport. Customers are responsible for checking the package upon delivery and reporting any damages immediately to the courier. If visible external damages are present, the customer should refuse to accept the package.

The delivery of ordered goods is handled by an express courier service, which manages the receipt, transport, and delivery of shipments.

All shipments are insured against loss and damage during transport. Upon receiving the goods, the customer is required to sign the delivery receipt or shipping document, which the delivery service will use as proof of receipt.
