Offer and Prices
The offers and prices on our website are updated daily. All prices are displayed in Serbian dinars (RSD) including VAT. The seller reserves the right to change prices unless otherwise stated (in cases of promotions and special discounts). The prices valid at the time of order creation remain effective and valid for the following period. The listed prices apply only to purchases made in the online store and may differ from the prices in the seller’s retail stores.

Payment Methods
You can pay for your order by cash on delivery or by payment card.

Cash on Delivery means paying in cash upon receiving the package.

If you have a Visa, MasterCard, or Maestro payment card, you can pay for your order online. After filling out the order form, you will be automatically redirected to the raiffeisenbank.rs website, where you will enter your payment card details. If the transaction is successful, you will be redirected back to our website with a confirmation message that the payment has been successfully completed. If there is an issue with the transaction, you will be redirected back to our website with a failed payment notification, after which you can try again or choose another payment method. All data is protected and visible only to the Banca Intesa card processor.

Protection of Confidential Transaction Data
When entering your payment card details, confidential information is transmitted over a public network in encrypted form using the SSL protocol and PKI system, which are the most advanced cryptographic technologies available.

The security of your payment information is guaranteed by the payment card processor, Banca Intesa ad Belgrade, and the entire payment process is conducted on the bank’s secure pages. At no point are your payment card details accessible to our system.

Currency Conversion Statement
All payments will be processed in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia – Serbian dinar (RSD). For informational purposes, prices in other currencies are shown based on the official middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia. The amount charged to your payment card will be converted into your local currency based on the exchange rate used by card organizations, which is unknown to us at the time of the transaction. As a result of this conversion, there may be slight differences between the original price listed on our website and the final charged amount. Thank you for your understanding.
