How to order

Elia Athleisure doo Beograd – Savski Venac (hereinafter referred to as: Elia athleisure), headquartered in Belgrade, Savski Venac Municipality, Miloja Djaka 24b, Company ID: 22082981, VAT ID: 114870819, conducts its business activities by selling its products through an online store located at eliasocialclub.com.

The customer service working hours are from 9 AM to 5 PM on business days. Products ordered through the eliasocialclub.com webshop are shipped within 48 hours from the moment the order is received. In case of high demand and if an item in your cart cannot be delivered due to limited stock, you will be notified via email within 48 hours.

If you place your order before 12 PM on a business day, it will be shipped that same day, and you can expect delivery within two to three days between 9 AM and 5 PM. For shipments sent on Friday, delivery will take place on Monday or Tuesday. If you place an order after 12 PM on Friday, your package will be sent on Monday or Tuesday. Deliveries are handled by the courier service City Express. The delivery cost is 390 RSD. Deliveries are made exclusively within the territory of the Republic of Serbia.

Once your order has been packed and handed over to the courier service, you will receive an email notification confirming that your package has been shipped. The courier service delivers shipments to the specified address the day after pickup, between 9 AM and 5 PM. On the day of delivery, you will receive a notification, and the courier will contact you directly.

The courier will attempt to deliver the package twice. If the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will call you at the phone number you provided when placing the order and arrange a new delivery time. If the second attempt is also unsuccessful, the package will be returned to Elia Athleisure doo and we will contact you to determine the reason for the return and arrange reshipping. Reshipping costs are COVERED BY THE CUSTOMER RETURNING THE ITEMS unless the goods delivered were damaged or faulty. If the customer wants to return the goods for any other reason, THEY CARRY 100% OF THE SHIPPING COSTS.

When receiving your package, please visually inspect it for any visible damages. If you notice that the shipping box is significantly damaged and suspect that the product might be damaged, please refuse delivery and notify us immediately. If the package appears intact, you may accept the delivery and sign the address label for the courier.
